Job Description

Nevell Group is looking for an exceptional Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences, as well as negotiating with external vendors and service providers.

You will work closely with our executive leaders to provide comprehensive support, including assistance with planning and coordinating office events, and managing communications. Additionally, you will facilitate communication and collaboration between offices, acting as a point of contact for regional Office Managers.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively present information in oral, written, and graphic form. You should also be able to communicate effectively with management, staff, and stakeholders, and demonstrate mastery of project and time management.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
