Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Manage executives' calendars and coordinate meeting setup.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations as needed.
  • Process daily expenses and generate regular financial reports.
  • Oversee the performance of junior clerical staff.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and manage office operations.
  • Prepare and format documentation for internal and external communication.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, and distribute correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality.
  • High School diploma; PA certification preferred.

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 per year.
