We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LVN to join our team as a Skilled Pediatric Care Provider. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of medically fragile children and their families.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality clinical home care to children with complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the child's needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the child's physician
  • Document all interactions and interventions in the child's medical record

Requirements:

  • Current RN/LVN license to practice in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with medically complex children preferred but not required
