Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at CommuniCare Family of Companies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Answering and Directing Calls: Respond to incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and direct the caller to the appropriate individual or department.
- Message Taking and Delivery: Take accurate messages when personnel are unavailable and ensure timely delivery of messages.
- Visitor Greeting and Direction: Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as assigned, including data entry, filing, and other related tasks.
- Training and Development: Participate in and provide scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain licensure and certification.
- Quality Improvement: Maintain and work within established departmental, center, and home office policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous receptionist experience required.
- Skills: Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting.
