KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Recruit, train, and manage the front desk team
  • Support the front desk team in achieving targets through ongoing training and encouragement
  • Conduct evaluations to assess client experience and sales performance, implementing necessary enhancements
  • Assist at the front desk during sessions, ensuring an outstanding client experience and performing facility upkeep tasks
  • Utilize CRM systems to follow up with clients, ensuring optimal team performance
  • Oversee Mindbody tasks related to contracts, member information, retail, billing, and inventory management
  • Order office and cleaning supplies while adhering to budget constraints
  • Organize the retail area according to established guidelines
  • Address customer inquiries regarding memberships, retail, and nutrition products
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms
  • Promote additional revenue items such as nutrition products and retail offerings
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators
  • Skilled in software systems, record-keeping, and quick adaptability
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms
  • Adept at multitasking, maintaining organization, and paying attention to detail
