This role is pivotal in assisting the Front Office Manager to oversee the Front Desk operations, ensuring that guests receive prompt, efficient, and courteous service throughout their stay, ultimately achieving the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Duties Include:

  • Supervising the Front Desk team, ensuring all Guest Service associates perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintaining guest satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns in a friendly and service-oriented manner, resolving any complaints, and welcoming in-house guests.
  • Providing support at the Front Desk during peak times or as needed.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Communicating information and ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Quickly evaluating and selecting among various courses of action.
  • Managing high-pressure situations with composure.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving workplace issues.
  • Listening attentively to the concerns of both guests and colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is essential.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is necessary.
  • Experience with Marriott systems is preferred.
