Your Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet and greet residents, checking guests and service providers in and out, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain accurate records and logs, including daily logs, records, and forms, to ensure that our residents' needs are met and our property is secure.
- Assist with general concierge services, including administrative clerical work, word processing, and Excel document work, as needed.
- Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to our property.
- Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues, escalating to a supervisor if necessary, to ensure that our residents' concerns are addressed.
- Provide general concierge services and administrative clerical work, as needed, to support our residents and staff.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building and property, ensuring that our residents feel safe and secure.
- Walk the building premises as directed, monitoring the property and ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed.
- Have the ability to understand and complete all required forms, ensuring that our residents' needs are met and our property is compliant with all regulations.
- May be assigned other duties by a supervisor, as needed, to support our residents and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills, responding to residents' needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to support administrative clerical work and other tasks.
- Command of information system hardware/software is preferred, to support our residents and staff.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that all residents' concerns are addressed and all necessary documentation is completed.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required, to provide exceptional service to our residents.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications, and usual office equipment are used to support administrative clerical work and other tasks.
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property, as required, to meet the job functions.
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight], as required, to support administrative clerical work and other tasks.
- Requires standing, sitting position for long periods of time, walking, and occasional climbing, as required, to support administrative clerical work and other tasks.
- Handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages, as required, to support administrative clerical work and other tasks.
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms, as required, to support administrative clerical work and other tasks.
- The employee is required to work at a personal computer for extended periods of time, as required, to support administrative clerical work and other tasks.
- Must have the ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms, as required, to support our residents and staff.
- Occasional overtime may be required, as needed, to support our residents and staff.
- Must have the ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend Board meetings, as required, to support our residents and staff.
$21.00 per hour
