Industrial Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales and service leader to join our team at Kaeser Compressors, Inc. as a Sales Manager in our Houston, TX location.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams. They will be responsible for supervising all branch sales, administrative, and service personnel, as well as developing the overall plan for the growth of the branch.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management, preferably in the compressed air industry or industrial/manufacturing environment. They will be able to develop new business while increasing existing business, and exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff.

The selected candidate will have profit and loss responsibility for the branch, and will supervise the organization to ensure its adherence to Kaeser's operational guidelines. They will also assist all other Kaeser departments in maintaining a clear and customer-focused experience for all.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma (required), college degree (preferred), and 3-5 years' management experience. The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business, and exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff are essential.
