About the Role

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is a leading provider of industrial compressed air systems in the US, renowned for its simplicity, reliability, and efficiency. We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to customer-focused sales, and a deep understanding of system design and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide all branch sales, administrative, and service personnel to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute the overall growth strategy for the branch, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Assume profit and loss responsibility for the branch, driving business outcomes and making informed decisions.
• Ensure adherence to Kaeser's operational guidelines and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory, with a college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in the compressed air industry or industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales, service, and office staff.
• Clean driving record and proficiency in computer skills are essential.
• SAP experience is a significant advantage.
