We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Warner Music Group. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates, talent acquisition partners, and business leaders, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for TA team members, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, greeting and escorting candidates to interview rooms or offices, showcasing our company culture and values.
  • Field questions from candidates and hiring managers, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Book conference rooms and ensure equipment is properly set up for virtual meetings and interviews.
  • Schedule candidate assessments and coordinate travel arrangements for select candidates, as needed.
  • Manage candidate applications and interview processes in our applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate travel and hotel accommodations for select candidates, processing reimbursements and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Respond to requests from talent acquisition partners and internal clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Code and submit TA invoices and expenses for processing, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update reports and team resources, organizing and distributing assets as needed.
  • Support the broader TA team on additional duties and projects, as assigned.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for senior leadership on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably in a talent acquisition capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, including Gmail, Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a high degree of integrity and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience navigating applicant tracking systems, such as Workday.
  • Strong desire to create a positive candidate and hiring leader experience.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to juggle multiple, time-sensitive responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the music industry and our company's mission and values.
