Career Overview
As an Ambulatory Clinic Patient Experience Coordinator at Virginia Mason Medical Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each patient feels respected, welcome, and comfortable. You will assist providers in administering healthcare through telephone answering, appointment scheduling, rooming patients, managing daily schedules, and communicating test results and patient concerns in an efficient and timely manner.

This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities
* Facilitate and coordinate daily activities in the ambulatory clinic
* Ensure seamless communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff
* Manage and communicate daily schedules, appointments, and patient information
* Assist with revenue capture and billing processes
* Communicate test results and patient concerns to providers and patients in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements
* 6 months experience in customer service or a medical setting preferred
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
* Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environment
