We are seeking a talented RN with experience in Ambulatory Care to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Educator. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs for clinical staff, as well as providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement educational programs for clinical staff
* Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
* Collaborate with other departments to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements
* Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
* BSN degree or higher
* 3-5 years Ambulatory Care Clinical Experience
* 2 years leadership experience; e.g. nurse manager/assistant manager, charge, preceptor, educator

Salary
$8,845 - $15,000 per month
