Ambulatory Care Clinics Educator and Consultant

The University of Washington is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in ambulatory care clinics. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the clinical workforce competence of our staff members. Your primary responsibility will be to provide educational support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote service excellence, patient and staff safety, inclusiveness, diversity, and organizational integration.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education or leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
