Job Title: Patient Experience Coordinator

We offer same-day, no-wait visits in urgent care, primary care, and specialty care, with plans to expand to new areas.

About the Role:

The Patient Experience Coordinator is responsible for creating a seamless experience for patients in multiple service lines, including Daily Care, Family Medicine, Mental Health, Women's Health, Dermatology, and Podiatry.

This involves tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating medical records, patient check-in and check-out, blood draws, lab processing, and maintaining inventory.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to meet patient expectations.
  • Schedule appointments as needed.
  • Process patient payments efficiently.
  • Educate patients on navigating their medical records.
  • Maintain accurate patient information.
  • Perform blood draws and finger sticks while adhering to laboratory standards.
  • Process collected specimens and document results accurately.
  • Maintain supply inventory and order supplies as necessary.
  • Work with basic medical equipment and provide emergency care when necessary.
  • Support healthcare providers as needed.
  • Contribute to a clean and organized clinic environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to navigate computer systems and learn new software.
  • Independent work style with strong teamwork skills.
  • CPR/BLS certification required, or ability to obtain within 60 days.
  • State-specific medical assistant/phlebotomy licensure required within 6 months, if applicable.
Compensation:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
