Role Responsibilities:

We are seeking dedicated social services professionals or individuals aspiring to enter the social work field to support older adults, individuals with disabilities, and their caregivers. Our team implements over 20 distinct programs and services, providing numerous opportunities for collaboration with community organizations and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitating evidence-based training programs, both virtually and in-person, while maintaining necessary certifications.
  • Conducting outreach and educational initiatives within the community.
  • Building and nurturing relationships within the communities we serve.
  • Collaborating on interdisciplinary teams to assist clients in achieving independent living, enhancing life skills, and providing ongoing case management.
  • Supporting community partners through workshops, programs, and technical assistance.
  • Performing data analysis to identify trends and inform program development.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Health Sciences, or related fields is preferred. We welcome applicants without a degree who possess relevant experience.
  • A strong passion for helping others and a commitment to service.
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
  • Ability to see projects through to completion with attention to detail and organization.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant business or service experience for entry-level positions.
  • At least 3 years of experience in social services or social work for mid-level roles.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience.
  • Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits:

The starting salary range is competitive and commensurate with experience, education, and licensing.

In addition to your salary, AgeOptions contributes 5% to your 403(b) retirement plan, regardless of your contributions.

This is a full-time position that includes access to medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Our hybrid work environment allows for flexibility in both office and field responsibilities, along with regular remote work opportunities.
