Product Growth Leader

Dub, a pioneering fintech company, seeks a highly skilled Product Manager to spearhead the growth of its recently launched investing app. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader to transform the platform into a billion-user phenomenon.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative features to drive core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify areas for improvement and launch experiments to validate results, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.
- Determine product priorities in collaboration with Dub's founder, leadership, and early team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct user interviews, prioritize feedback, and build relationships with various customer types, providing actionable insights for product development.
- Manage and plan product roadmaps and engineering release cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Design and operate product and metrics dashboards, providing visibility into key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver fast and high-quality products, leveraging expertise in project management tools like Linear.
- Work with the design team to ship new features, incorporating excellent design sense and proficiency in Figma.
- Partner with marketing to develop product marketing strategies and customer attribution tracking, driving awareness and engagement.
- Drive a culture of rapid iteration, embracing gritty mindset and passion for democratizing asset management.
- Experience leading product initiatives at early-stage startups (preferably Seed or Series A), with a proven track record of success.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
- Experience shipping growth features and optimizing user onboarding flows, with a focus on consumer fintech or investing companies.
- Strong data analytics skills, with proficiency in metrics tools like MixPanel and SQL queries, applied to inform product decisions.
- Passion for finance and investing, with a keen interest in emerging trends and technologies.
