Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at American Dental Companies.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be driven to succeed, and possess excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring a smooth daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Manage the mail and delivery process, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with office staff to optimize workflow and ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and ordering office supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, promoting a professional and inviting environment.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of dental experience is required.
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic attitude towards patients.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using office software systems and general computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
