Lion Energy is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Information Systems department, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our business systems.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and support all of Lion Energy's business systems, including NetSuite, Deposco, Shopify, HubSpot, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft 365, Avalara, and Zendesk.
- Perform system configurations, customizations, and updates to meet business requirements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within various systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand system requirements and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all business systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Stay current with system updates and new features, making recommendations for improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience in business systems administration or a similar role.
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
- Experience with Deposco or other WMS systems.
- Strong understanding of system integration, data management, and workflow automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant systems are a plus.
