- Administer and maintain systems and applications, including setup and configuration of new users.
- Strong Windows desktop skills and knowledge, with prior experience in customer support.
- Active directory knowledge and Microsoft O365 support experience.
- Financial Services experience and knowledge of Fiserv applications (DNA, DDS, FAS) or similar core banking applications are preferred.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Banking support and IT Customer support.
