Executive Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide administrative support to our executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and allowing them to focus on strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client interfacing via phone and video conference
- Manage email inboxes for multiple executives, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Coordinate complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings
- Prepare high-quality materials, including presentations, expense reports, and documents
- Assist with travel arrangements, including itinerary research and booking
- Support the development of communications and content, such as webinars, newsletters, and website content
- Conduct research tasks and support digital marketing initiatives
Operations Support:
- Create, execute, and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes
- Administer CRM software and perform associated tasks
This is a 1099 position, offering $22 per hour, with 100% remote work in CONUS. We value confidentiality and discretion, with a strong emphasis on integrity and trustworthiness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working remotely preferred
- 2+ years of providing complex calendar management, travel, and expense reports for 1 or more executives
- Available to complete work, take calls, etc. during business hours Monday - Friday
- At least 10 hours/week of availability
- Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects preferred

Requirements:
- Mac (preferred) or PC Computer with the most recent version of MS Office installed
- A fast and reliable internet connection
- Smartphone with email capabilities and the ability to download various apps
- Proficiency in common online programs/software, including Asana, WordPress, MailChimp, Hootsuite, and G Suite
