About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join our team at Gillespie Group. As a key member of our executive team, you will provide administrative support to our President & COO, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the President & COO in developing and implementing the company's strategic plan, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between the President & COO and other executives, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and workflows, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions, ensuring meetings are productive and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide leadership to the administrative team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
