We are seeking an experienced Executive IT Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As an Executive IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our client's executive team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for executives and their administrative staff
  • Educate executives on the efficient use of their technology
  • Monitor and perform IT equipment refreshes for executives using standard refresh and build processes
  • Provide executive video conferencing assistance
  • Coordinate with Enterprise IT on new application training when necessary
  • Maintain device spares and/or parts as required (phones, chargers, etc.)
  • Coordinate spare equipment alternatives for traveling executives
  • Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate support escalations to 2nd and 3rd tier technical teams
  • Assist company leaders with technical needs in preparation for executive meetings

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
