Job Title: Human Resources Director

Location: Portland, OR (Onsite)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's vision and talent strategy.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and support our organization's growth and development
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, and provide guidance on employee-related matters
* Lead, direct, and coordinate HR department activities and staff, and manage a team of direct reports within the HR department
* Provide strategic leadership and support to senior leadership, and offer policy advice and decision-making support
* Analyze trends and propose competitive compensation and benefits packages, and report directly to senior leadership

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 7+ years of experience in HR management, preferably as an HR Director or in a similar role
* Experience in manufacturing or related industries is preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Compensation:

* $120,000 - $150,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
