Job Summary

Complete Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Secretary to join our team. As a Medical Secretary, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, procedures, and tests, and coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to healthcare providers, including preparing medical documents, managing office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a medical secretary or in a related administrative role preferred.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of medical terminology, regulations, and office procedures; experience with medical coding and insurance claims processing a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, databases, and EHR systems; ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
