Development Coordinator and Office Manager for Advancement

Noble and Greenough School seeks a full-time development coordinator and office manager. The responsibilities of this position are central to the effectiveness and accuracy of the school's fundraising efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Process all gifts, pledges, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner, including credit card processing and reporting
- Run Cash Journal reports and work with the business office on all issues regarding gift processing
- Maintain up-to-date biographical information on all constituent records, including updates from the Nobles magazine and other sources
- Research to ensure that we have the most accurate business information for graduates and parents
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years of related office experience Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar constituent management database preferred Interest in fundraising and desire to work at an independent school Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google application suites Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy, tracking, and follow-through Ability to manage time efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven ability to provide timely responses to requests, information, service, and assistance Exercise good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information and interacting with donors and colleagues Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills-
