POSITION SUMMARY

This is a remote entry-level role in the e-commerce sector open to candidates nationwide.

In this position, you will assist the digital content manager and collaborate closely with digital content analysts, focusing on content organization and syndication tasks.

Your responsibilities will include collecting, structuring, and uploading client materials to various syndication platforms, as well as performing troubleshooting when issues arise during content publication across retailers and syndication providers. As a subject matter expert, you will be required to become certified users of essential Content Management and Syndication platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the content management and syndication process by organizing and uploading all content attributes and files to the relevant platforms.
  • Ensure that all content updates are published and accessible on each retailer's site.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve errors: Identify and trace any functional, systematic, or procedural issues to their root cause, providing necessary solutions to ensure that any failed content is live.
  • Foster and maintain effective working relationships with team members and internal partners to promote a collaborative and dynamic service approach.
  • Act as a CM&S Subject Matter Expert to influence and support solutions that address client needs, ensuring that business commitments and objectives are met.
  • Participate in training and development as needed to learn new tools, systems, and processes relevant to your duties and all Acosta-mandated training courses.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with managing retailer enterprise systems and operating web-based software programs, along with basic e-commerce practices and terminology.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, project management, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
  • Able to manage competing priorities.
