- Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with technology industry trends and market developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Mentorship and Development: Mentor other team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 10 years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Lead, with a strong background in design and development of solutions in the eCommerce domain.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere Commerce, Java, JavaEE, object-oriented programming, front-end applications (UI development) using Single Page Application (SPA), JavaScript, React, Angular, and Node, Docker, Cloud Foundry, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, Maven, Spring Boot, micro-services, KAFKA, SOLR.
- Leadership and Management: 4 years of experience supervising and supporting a development team, with a proven track record of driving innovative solutions.
