The Advanced Circuits and Packaging team is committed to developing cutting-edge products that tackle significant challenges in the semiconductor industry, collaborating with leading manufacturers to produce high-quality semiconductor devices.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in laboratory operations, particularly in clean room settings, and experience in synthesis, formulation, thermal analysis, coating, lamination, and material testing.

As part of a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers, you will contribute to the development of new material formulations and processing techniques, as well as assist device manufacturers in creating innovative products.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting global project teams to achieve project objectives and timelines.
  • Executing hands-on laboratory and clean room processes for material formulations, including coating, curing, and metrology.
  • Formulating new materials for testing and analysis, contributing to process optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Building strong interpersonal relationships with team members and effectively communicating experimental data.
  • Driving evaluation and characterization efforts for critical projects, assisting in data analysis and presentation of key findings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree in chemistry, physics, engineering, or materials science.
  • Experience in cross-functional or global projects within the semiconductor field is preferred.

Note: Candidates with a PhD will not be considered for this position.
