Job Overview

This is a remote entry-level role in the e-commerce sector open to candidates across the United States.

You will assist the digital content manager and collaborate closely with digital content analysts, concentrating on content organization and syndication requirements.

Your responsibilities will include capturing, structuring, and uploading client content to various syndication platforms, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise during content publication between retailers and syndication providers. As a subject matter expert, you will need to become certified users of essential Content Management and Syndication platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the content management and syndication process by organizing and uploading all content attributes and files to the relevant platforms.
  • Ensure that all content updates are published and visible on each retailer's website.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve errors: Identify and trace any functional, systematic, or procedural issues to their root cause, providing solutions to ensure any failed content is live.
  • Foster and maintain effective working relationships with team members and internal partners to promote a collaborative and dynamic service approach.
  • Act as a CM&S subject matter expert to influence and support solutions that address client needs, ensuring business commitments and objectives are achieved.
  • Participate in training and development as necessary to learn new tools, systems, and processes in support of job responsibilities and all Acosta-mandated training courses.
Qualifications

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
  • Familiarity with managing retailer enterprise systems and operating web-based software programs, along with basic e-commerce practices and terminology.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, project management, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
