Key Responsibilities:

- Author and review solution design documents, ensuring alignment with overall solution architecture.
- Participate in review sessions to gather and clarify business requirements, removing ambiguity and ensuring design excellence.
- Provide technical support throughout the development, testing, and deployment process, ensuring agile working model success.
- Communicate proactively with business, technology partners, and management to maintain informed status, changes, or issues.
- Develop and ensure compliance with architecture principles and standards, leveraging design patterns to drive innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with technology industry and market trends, analyzing their potential impact on our enterprise architecture.
- Mentor and lead technical teams collaboratively through design processes, recruiting, growing, and retaining high-performing technology professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or foreign equivalent.
- 10 years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Lead, or related field, with a strong background in eCommerce domain expertise.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Commerce, Java, JavaEE, object-oriented programming, front-end applications (UI development), Single Page Application (SPA), JavaScript, React, Angular, Node, Docker, Cloud Foundry, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, Maven, Spring Boot, micro-services, KAFKA, SOLR.
- 4 years of experience supervising and supporting a development team, driving innovative solutions, and experience gained concurrently.
