Job Overview:

This role is essential in supporting the Loan Services Department by managing various responsibilities and providing assistance to members and front-line staff regarding loan processes.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Alternate Saturdays 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (40 Hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process tasks related to loan servicing and assist members with inquiries.
  • Support the department in meeting performance metrics and service standards.
  • Engage in cross-training on multiple loan servicing processes to enhance departmental efficiency.

Essential Duties:

  • Acquire knowledge of various systems including Cathedral, e-OSCAR, Innovis, and others.
  • Provide phone support for the Loan Services Department, assisting various internal teams and members.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Balance Transfer Program.
  • Handle service requests such as loan payment corrections, late fee refunds, and payoff letters.
  • Process loan-related communications and reports in a timely manner.
  • Complete training courses as per established guidelines.
  • Contribute to the organization’s success initiatives and uphold core values.
  • Exhibit professionalism and respect in all interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in task completion.
  • Meet or exceed established performance targets.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Competencies Required:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Dependability and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Technical proficiency and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

  • Six months to one year of relevant experience, preferably in financial services.

This position operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements:

The role is primarily sedentary, requiring the ability to stand, talk, hear, and use hands for various tasks.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel to other locations may be necessary for team collaboration.
