The Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving sales revenue growth in production and drilling accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Area Sales Team Leader and Regional Sales personnel to achieve sales objectives.
  • Expand and maintain customer relationships in the market.
  • Analyze financial results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support initiatives to exceed sales targets, increase market share, and enhance customer perception.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Introduce new programs and processes to the market as required.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in business, particularly in the oil and gas industry.
  • Product knowledge in the oil and gas sector.
  • Strong sales and closing skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Mastery of marketing, presentation, and negotiation techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Able to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed, consistent, organized, and analytical approach.
  • Outgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to receive direction.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and dedication to results.
