Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Omega Consultants, a thriving business consulting and sales firm, is seeking an Account Manager Trainee to join our team. Based in Oklahoma City, we have built a reputation for delivering innovative sales tactics and effective marketing strategies.
This role involves assisting clients in building strong relationships with their prospects, securing new accounts, increasing annual sales revenue, and expanding market reach.
About the Position:
- Meet directly with leading business prospects to deliver presentations and establish long-lasting customer relationships
- Educate potential buyers on our client's current products, promotions, and updated services
- Assist clients in acquiring new accounts and overseeing expanding markets
- Train directly with Senior Account Managers to develop comprehensive knowledge of our client's marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and sales team goals
- Review sale contracts with clients, identify concerns, and negotiate accounts through upselling products and services as needed
- Attend all conference calls and participate in on-site training workshops to stay up-to-date on our client's sales progress
- Collaborate with fellow Account Manager Trainees, Sales Associates, and Marketing Representatives to ensure client needs are met
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet client goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- In Progress or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 0-3 years of experience working as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or related leadership role preferred
- Positive attitude and eagerness to develop leadership qualities
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working independently and adaptable in team settings
- Self-determined and takes initiative in creating solutions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Reliable transportation to onsite location
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
