Account Growth Specialist

ASE US Inc is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
With a strong background in sales, you will be able to effectively communicate with customers, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
We require a BS in engineering and 10-12 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the semiconductor or packaging industry. Fluency in English and Mandarin is also necessary, along with excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
