Job Summary:

AES US Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and increasing market share with existing customers. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet our customers' needs and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the semiconductor or packaging industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $145,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, flex plan, and life insurance, as well as eligibility for enrollment in our 401(k) Plan after successfully completing your 90-day introductory period.
