Job Summary
Sika Corporation is a worldwide innovation and sustainability leader in the development and production of systems and products for commercial and residential construction. We are seeking a Commercial Growth Specialist to join our Paint & Hardware division and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Duties and Responsibilities
This role involves developing and executing business plans to achieve targeted revenue growth within assigned regions. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales leads, preparing action plans, providing timely feedback on sales performance, creating proposal presentations, and conducting regional travel to meet with customers and prospects. Additionally, you will maintain contact with customers in the assigned region to ensure a 5-Star level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the paint sundries industry, a proven sales track record, and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Efficient time management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities are also essential.

Compensation Package: Base salary plus tremendous bonus potential, excellent benefits including family health care, vision, mileage reimbursement, and a generous PTO program.
