Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per yearThis role requires 5 or more years of experience in sales, specifically in a DMC, incentive travel, event management or related field. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Tourism, Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or related degree. The salary range is based on the location and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Increasing overall sales volume by developing key relationships with new accounts and growing existing assigned accounts.
  • Managing and maintaining existing relationships with key accounts as well as focusing on new business development to maintain a strong robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Partnering with Experience Designers and Creative Team on proposal vision and program specifications to ensure completion of a solution that targets the client's goals and budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of experience in sales, specifically in a DMC, incentive travel, event management or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Tourism, Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or related degree.
  • Knowledge of program design and development from inception through contract.
