Job Summary

As a Sales Consultant at Stokes Automotive Group, you will be the face of our dealership, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month, while also assisting customers in selecting the perfect vehicle for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival
  • Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
  • Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older to be considered for this position
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the day and in all weather conditions
