Job Overview

At Wave Works Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales and generating leads for our top clients by increasing brand awareness and implementing sales and marketing techniques in a face-to-face retail setting.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow. They will also possess excellent presentation and public speaking skills, as well as strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work directly with key accounts to drive sales by marketing face-to-face with our client's customers.
  2. Run successful promotional events and field operations.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client's lead requests as well as their products, services, and the trends of the industry as a whole.
  4. Keep accurate records of production.
  5. Participate in training sessions both formal and informal to accelerate team growth.
  6. Generate sales and build relationships for our clients by identifying new opportunities to effectively communicate and increase brand awareness.
