Hudson Automotive Group is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to drive strategic talent initiatives and support the execution of HR programs.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in performance management, succession planning, coaching, employee relations, internal mobility, retention, talent acquisition, workforce planning, headcount and position management, talent development, and compliance.

As a key member of the corporate HR team, the HRBP will work closely with department heads to understand their talent strategy, initiatives, and challenges, and collaborate with the COEs (Benefits, L&D, Recruiting & Payroll) to develop and implement solutions that deliver high impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of HR programs, including performance management, succession planning, coaching, employee relations, internal mobility, retention, talent acquisition, workforce planning, headcount and position management, talent development, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their talent strategy, initiatives, and challenges.
  • Work with the COEs to develop and implement solutions that deliver high impact.
  • Provide strategic HR advisory services to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, performance management, succession planning, coaching, employee relations, internal mobility, retention, talent acquisition, workforce planning, headcount and position management, talent development, and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
