Automotive Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet dealership sales goals and objectives.
- Greet customers, determine their vehicle needs, and explain features and benefits.
- Compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
- Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including sales slips and contracts.
- Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles.
- Research availability of models and optional equipment.
- Engage in business development and address customer concerns.
- Maintain CSI at or above Company standards and an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Participate in required training and record hours worked accurately.
- Follow safety rules and regulations and demonstrate Company Core Values.
- Comply with Company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior sales and customer service experience desired.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn web applications for customer management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
Work Environment:
The position requires regular and predictable attendance, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. Duties are performed throughout the premises, both indoors and outdoors, and on customer test drives.
