Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment, and supporting the administrative functions of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the guest services desk, including answering phone calls, directing guests to the appropriate team members, and taking accurate messages.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest traffic and sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Services Manager and other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a sales or automotive environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
