Sales Representative

Sales Focus Inc. is a global leader in Sales Outsourcing, seeking dynamic and self-motivated Closers to join our inside sales team. Our S.O.L.D.TM process has helped small and large companies grow their business for 25 years. You will be part of a team dedicated to developing new business and establishing long-lasting relationships.
This is a full-time position with a competitive base and uncapped commission, along with full benefits. At Sales Focus, we prioritize our employees' comfort and well-being, ensuring our work environment and corporate culture meet their needs.
Earnings Potential: $60k - $100K
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all phases of the sales cycle, including getting past gatekeepers, identifying decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and closing sales.
- Develop persuasive communication skills and demonstrate a consultative sales style in a high outbound call volume atmosphere.
Requirements:
- B2B Sales Experience
- Cold Calling Skills
- Comfortable with virtual product demonstrations
- Must have experience working under pressure and adapting to sell the value of our client's services to executive decision-makers
- Ability to multitask and manage concurrent selling situations
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Introductory and ongoing training provided
