As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing strategic business plans to drive growth for the Greater Los Angeles Market.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a sales professional demonstrating the ability to achieve sales targets and exhibit our core values.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 5-7 years of B2B product sales experience and 2+ years of sales management/ leadership experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent selling, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills, as well as being goal-oriented, driven, and experienced in networking with and influencing decision-makers.

Target first year Compensation (base + incentive) for this Exempt role is ~$130k DOE.

This is a Full-Time position, eligible to participate in the Company's benefit plans including Paid Time off; major medical, dental, vision; Company paid short-term and long-term disability; paid parental leave; various supplemental benefit plans; and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
