Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Agile Project Facilitator to join our Workplace Investing (WI) business unit. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of agile methodologies to mentor and guide teams towards enhanced performance and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with Workplace Investing product partners and chapter leaders to ensure the successful execution of the squad's objectives through well-organized sprints.
  • Enhance overall squad performance and efficiency by identifying opportunities for improvement in agile practices and metrics, while providing necessary coaching and resources.
  • Maintain and update performance metrics and artifacts to provide clear feedback to squad members and ensure transparency with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate agile events, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support the consistent use of agile tools and platforms to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
  • Present ideas and information clearly and logically to diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the squad leader to prioritize and execute high-impact tasks aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively while coaching and mentoring teams of varying sizes.
  • Engage in a community of practice to share scrum knowledge and identify continuous improvement opportunities within the product area.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a change agent, capable of coaching agile practices across various functions and teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to brainstorm and generate solutions to overcome challenges and enhance value delivery.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development, fostering a culture of mentoring and coaching.

You will be part of a cross-functional WI Technology squad, aligned with the WI Scrum Master Chapter.
