Principal Systems Analyst



Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree is essential, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Over 8 years of experience in systems analysis.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credentials are advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and business analysis tasks concurrently.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex technology initiatives.
  • Proficient in understanding the technology and software architecture of applications.
  • Expertise in various analytical methodologies and techniques, including data analysis and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, including querying, profiling, and interpreting data.
  • Excellent management reporting capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Your Contributions
  • Collaborating with partners, technology leaders, and agile teams.
  • Working with other enterprise program teams to identify interdependencies, overlaps, and opportunities for reuse.
  • Translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Researching and evaluating alternative solutions.
  • Defining the scope of issues in terms of business and system requirements and processes.
  • Assessing the design of existing and in-development systems for functionality, reliability, and maintainability.


 



The Team Environment

As a Principal Systems Analyst, you will combine extensive experience in project and program management with a strong analytical mindset, leveraging technology to address complex business challenges while focusing on delivering effective technology solutions. Our commitment is to enhance the value provided to our clients. You will collaborate closely with the Strategic Initiative Chapter Lead, Technology Delivery Leaders, and Workplace Investing (WI) Technology teams to oversee strategic program delivery and report progress to executive management. You will thrive in a dynamic, innovative team within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven history of collaborating with business partners, comprehending business requirements, translating them into system requirements, and providing recommendations on system functionalities. This role involves close cooperation with squad leads, business analysts, architects, technology leads, and agile teams to ensure the successful achievement of program milestones and compliance with deliverable expectations.
