Business Development Manager for Australia and New Zealand

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, re-sellers, and system integrators
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide sales management and executive team with market analysis and competitive updates
• Manage local distributors, re-sellers, and system integrators to maximize sales revenue
• Collaborate with Product Management and technical staff to develop sales and growth strategies
• Ensure accurate data entry and management within our CRM system
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related science with strong science/engineering background
• Proven sales and business development experience in the environmental monitoring industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in the use of PC-based application software, including Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in using a CRM system
