Management Business Solutions is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth in the irrigation sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling integrated water solution management systems to irrigation districts, growers, and engineering firms in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Utah.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and customers

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Lead the design and scoping of engineering solutions

• Deliver compelling sales presentations and technical demonstrations

**Requirements:**

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with strong technical familiarity in irrigation

• BA in an engineering or technical discipline and/or equivalent experience

• Strong sales experience and a consultative sales approach

• Ability to travel extensively within the territory
