Business Development Manager - Irrigation Solutions
**Job Summary**
Management Business Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth in the irrigation sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling integrated water solution management systems to irrigation districts, growers, and engineering firms in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Utah.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and customers
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Lead the design and scoping of engineering solutions
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and technical demonstrations
• Maintain and report on activities, pipeline development, and market feedback
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with strong technical familiarity in irrigation
• Proven sales experience with a consultative approach
• Strong job tenure and ability to work independently
