About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Heartland. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, owning the sales cycle end-to-end with a focus on self-generated leads.
  • Forge strong partnerships with key external influencers, such as CPAs, Insurance Brokers, and Certified Financial Planners, leveraging a powerful referral network.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product expertise through tailored demonstrations, crafting bespoke solutions for each client's unique requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales commitments.
  • Utilize Atlas, our state-of-the-art sales enablement platform, to strategically manage and exceed sales targets.
  • Navigate the competitive landscape, positioning Heartland as the premier choice in the market.
Requirements
  • High school Diploma/GED preferred
  • At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license, ensuring readiness for field responsibilities.
  • Pass a thorough background check and a drug screening by the designated employment date.
